QV13 is À la Fût’s anniversary beer. Every year, we treat ourselves to an exceptional brew, taken from our cellar. Here, we are all about finesse with this wild and fruity beer with a very raspberry nose. It is a base of wild fermentations reminiscent of Lambic, matured for 12 months in barrels with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and morello cherries from the region.
