La QV12 est la bière anniversaire d’À la Fût. Chaque année, on se gâte avec un brassin exceptionnel, tiré de notre chai. Ici, on est tout en finesse avec cette bière ayant un nez très fruité et délicat. Il s’agit d’une base de fermentations sauvages pouvant rappeler le Lambic, vieilli 12 mois en barriques avec fraises, bleuets, framboises et griottes de la région. Cette base a ensuite été assemblée avec de la Rouge de Mékinac ayant maturé 5 mois dans notre foudre en compagnie d’une généreuse quantité de griottes. Notes de fruits rouges, profil boisé et aigreur délicate sauront séduire vos papilles. Bons 12 ans, À la Fût!
