This brew aged 6 months in oak barrels is a perfect blend of three Brettanomyces strains. It has the wild side of Bruxellensis yeast, the tropical taste of Lambicus and the acidity of Claussenii. This little cousin of the Tripe à 3 Brett was created in homage to the incessant waves of the Matawin River, the emblematic 161-kilometre Canadian river that flows through our beautiful region.
