Brettanomyces lovers, your taste buds will be delighted with this prestigious beer, inspired by the Batiscan River watershed in Quebec’s Mauricie region. This golden-coloured 12 oak-aged months, slightly unfiltered tripel is pleasantly light in the mouth, despite its high alcohol content. The “horse and leather” tastes – thanks to Bruxellensis Bretts! – and the slightly fruity tastes ones —thanks to Lambicus Bretts! — complete the picture to offer you an extraordinary gustatory experience. Formerly the Tripe à Trois.
