Our brewers are having fun in the cellar! Our love of juicy seasonal fruits inspired this exclusive version of the Double Kapi. Haskap berries from La Tuque and Lac Saint-Jean were added to a young Double Kapi, then left for 6 weeks in oak barrels. We discover a nice balance between the hoppy profile of the Double Kapi and the fruity flavors of the haskap: the fruit at the start of the palate, the malty profile afterwards and a hoppy haskap finish which lingers pleasantly on the palate.
