Franc Brett from Microbrasserie La Souche, a wheat beer with raspberries aged in barrels, is blended here with our Rouge de Mékinac, a Rouge des Flandres and Kriek inspiration made from morello cherries, barreled for 18 months. Smell the raspberry and cherry, let your mouth waltz, accompanied by these unique flavors, and discover in the finish a complex acidity which oscillates between the two fruits.
