À la Fût and Sutton Brouërie bring you this incredible blend of L’Porter Western aged in oak barrels for 5 months and 14 months for the saison Broulotte, a hop saison that is aged in barrels for 5 months. Despite its dominant malty and roasted profile, what we have here is a beer with a very light profile on the palate with acidulous twist. Did you know that the saison Broulotte finds its origins in the trailer of the brewer from Sutton Brouërie? Indeed, this trailer converted into a mobile brewery was used for this beer’s first tests!
