The NOS AMIS BARBUS series is a collaboration initiated by Microbrasserie À la Fût to mark its 10th anniversary in a memorable way. The challenge? Brew a single-hop saison from a common recipe. Broadway Microbrasserie, Le Temps d’une Pinte and Microbrasserie Les Grands Bois have agreed to take on the challenge!
You will thus find, in the St-Tite version, a saison with complex, typically Belgian flavors. The experimental 6300 hop was used liberally, providing atypical aromas and flavors of tropical fruits, cocoa and even Jolly Rancher. Enjoy!
