The NOS AMIS BARBUS series is a collaboration initiated by Microbrasserie À la Fût to mark its 10th anniversary in a memorable way. The challenge? Brew a single-hop saison from a shared recipe. You will thus find, in the St-Tite version, a saison with complex flavours typical of a Belgian. 6300 experimental hops have been generously added, bringing atypical aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, cocoa and even Jolly Rancher.
