What better way to represent the crossing of the farm worlds of Tarieu and western of À la Fût than a draft horse! Prince Blondin pays tribute to these horses who worked in our fields (including Prince of Ste-Anne-de-la-Pérade and Blondin de St-Tite!) But also to European brewery horses, fed on barley and useful for grain handling and delivery of wooden barrels.
