As part of our series of collaborative brews, À la Fût had the great pleasure of brewing this Saison Sure with our friends from Riverbend in Alma. Inoculated with Escarpment Labs’ Fruit Bomb Saison yeast, this brew aged for 6 months in oak barrels in the respective cellars of À la Fût and Riverbend. A generous quantity of blackcurrant and a touch of sea-buckthorn from Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean were added to the beer in the last maturing months. Discover the true nature of these Lac St-Jean’s fruit presented in a wonderful beer with an acidic profile. A true delight for the taste buds and for the eyes!
