When two Canadian Brewing Awards (CBA) “Beers of the Year” meet and blend, it creates an explosion of flavors! 12 months ago, we blended our Rouge de Mékinac (2012 medalist) with Spadina Monkey Cherry from Indie Ale House from Toronto (2017 medalist) and put everything in barrels. This unique blend, with a sumptuous bright red reflection, releases aromas of ripe fruit and takes on its full meaning when you discover on the palate a deep and evolving complexity which waltzes in a fruity, tangy and moderately sour melody. You will understand why the CBA judges succumbed! Limited quantity!
