First released in the fall of 2017, the Hoch’O’Pommes was created to mark the 5th anniversary of the Bièrologue, a proud member of the Association des Détaillants en bière spécialisées du Québec (DBSQ). This year, we are offering it to you in a sour version! Indeed, Dolgo sour apples have been added to our Cowsure beer, a sour beer freely inspired by Berlinerweisses. On the nose, we perceive a slight aroma of grains combined with the acid dynamics of the liquid which is released in the smoothness of its foam. On the palate, it is the perfect match between the sour apple and the sour taste of the wort, emphasizing the fruity side of the blend. A fall discovery you don’t want to miss!
