Much like the QV10 version presented last year to celebrate our 10th anniversary, this beer also highlights raspberries and cherries, but this time we have added blueberries and season-fresh strawberries. Only fresh local fruits were added directly into the oak barrels in the summer of 2017! The barrels contained a blend of Cuvée Western of 1 and 2 year old. This delicious blend was left to mature for a year before being racked from the barrels this summer. This brew will surprise you with a burst of fruit, its unique character and mesmerizing colour. Sip after sip, your taste buds will dance to the flavours of these typical Quebec berries that are enhanced by the complexity of a wild beer matured in oak barrels.
